Apartment features:

All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have their own bathrooms, with separate toilets in the one-bedroom apartments. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher in all apartments. Each apartment also has a desk, TV with satellite channels, direct-line phone and a hi-fi system.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 8 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Studios

In studios, there is a double pullout sofa beds or twins, fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom.  Maximum 2 people in the studio.  Some studios can interconnect, ideal for larger groups.

One Bedroom 

You can fit a maximum of 4 people in an apartment.  In the one bedroom apartments there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area and one double bed in the bedroom.  Maximum of 5 people with an extra foldaway bed.

Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment or where a deposit has been received for the reservation.  Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking.  You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Citadines apartment

Deposit

The deposit for a booking will be the equivalent of:

• For bookings with a lead-time of less than 5 days, payment of the deposit guaranteed by a major credit card will be required
• One night stay, plus VAT for any reservation of between one to six nights
• Two night stay, plus VAT for reservation of between seven to twenty nine nights
• Three nights stay, plus VAT for reservation of thirty nights or more

Reservations accepted by Citadines, subject to a deposit, will be held until five days before the scheduled arrival date.  If the required deposit has not been received at least five days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.  Citadines reserves the right to demand a security deposit on arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. This means cancellations must be made by latest 12pm France Time one day prior to arrival date.

For a cancellation notified to Citadines less than 24 hours prior to arrival date or for a ‘no show’, Citadines will retain or invoice an amount as follows:

• For stays of under 7 nights, the value of one nights stay plus tax
• For stays of between 7 nights to 29 nights, the value of two nights stay plus tax
• For stays of more than 29 nights, the value of three nights stay plus tax
