Rates are exempt from VAT.  Rates are applicable until 31st December 2009 and are subject to change without prior notice.  For longer stays, there may be a different rate available, so please do enquire.

Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure and Confirmation

A credit/debit card is required to guarantee your booking with us.  For 1 or 2 night stays payment will be collected at the time of booking. For stays of more than 2 nights but less than 1 month a 50% deposit of the total due will be collected at the time of booking, balance last working day prior to arrival.  For longer term stays of more than 1 month the first months payment will be collected in advance of stay at the time of booking.  Please see our cancellation policy. We only accept Mastercard, Visa or Switch/Maestro.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

  • For stays of 1 night to 1 week no refund is applicable.
  • For stays of more than 1 week,  cancellation is free provided written notification of cancellation is received by us from you at least 1 month prior to midday of the first day of your booking.  In the event cancellations are received less than 1 month prior to midday of the first day of your booking you will be charged 50% of the total fees due to us.

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 

When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card or cash deposit, this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
