How to Book a Serviced Apartment

You will find booking with us a very easy process….simple as ABC!

STEP A

View the apartments listing on our website and select your first choice and a second choice.

In the first instance, fill in the booking enquiry form with your contact details, apartment choices (1^st and 2^nd).  If the first choice is available, we will hold advise you immediately.  If you are unsure of which apartments to choose from, contact us either by telephone or email.  We are here to help you.

STEP B

Once your booking enquiry form is received by us, we will check availability.  If the first choice apartment is available, we will hold it for you with the credit card as guarantee only.  If the first choice is not available and you have specified a second choice we will book the second choice in stead.

If none of the apartments you have chosen are available we can help you to select other serviced apartments.  Just call us and tell us your needs!

STEP C

Once a serviced apartment of your choice is booked for you, you will receive an email from our team with the terms and conditions and free mini-guide to the City of your destination.  To help you make your stay enjoyable we will contact you 2 weeks prior to arrival to offer our assistance, call you during your stay and finally contact you again 2 weeks after departure to ask for your very valuable feedback.
